Heavily hopped spiciness and frisky carbolic fizz reminiscent of heartier red ales sets sail above 7% alcohol strength. Grainy earthiness and smoked barleymalts maintain luster to fine sour fruited finish. Reticent bitter nuttiness barely registers.
