Dry barleywine essence enhanced by sweet mocha-spiced Scotch malts. Reminiscent of neighboring Ipswich Brewery (but with less yeast prominence). Multi-dimensional candy-like pleasantry fades quickly, but barley roasted spine provides wonderful assist.
