Resinous ruddy brown porter with hop-roasted get-up places creamy honey nut sweetness, charitable cocoa-buttered mocha sway, and bruised cherry-prune tang against overwhelming wood-charred bittering. Full-bodied and well balanced, but lacking assertive chocolate-coffee finish.
