On tap at Seven Lakes Station, leathery brettanomyces-bound wine yeast increases black-peppered lemon musk and barnyard acridity against cane-sugared pilsner and wheat malts. Light floral herbage clings to tertiary pineapple, grapefruit and orange tanginess below the clean-watered citric-wined acidity.
