Flanked by nostalgic Volkswagen minibus label, this “mellow, effortless”" hippie-stoked moderation features musty-fruited Vienna malt essence, herbal hop spicing, and muted mocha nuttiness. Though organic mineral grain finish never relinquishes its subordinate spicy red ale tang, a stoic blandness gets exposed on repeated sips.

Sugared mocha malts perk up steadfast amber. Its moderately creamy laid-back casualness is its own reward, as illusions of maple, vanilla, and butterscotch sweeten grainy backdrop. A true lightweight champ.
