On tap at Ambulance, mildly dry Huell Melon hops provide limey honeydew-waxed melon rind tartness crowded by spritzy lemon-oiled acidity, lightly soured grapefruit spurt and splashy lacquered wood polishing. Tertiary mandarin orange, peach and strawberry illusions flutter. Somewhat unique IPA advertised as pizza accompaniment.
On tap at Growler & Gill, worthy dry-hopped Bohemian pilsner greets floral citric-spiced Nugget/Glacier hop liveliness with peppery herbal respite and musky grain astringency. Spritzy orange briskness contrasts lemon-rotted vegetalia.
On tap at Ambulance, dryly tropical lime and coconut-soaked collaboration with Virginia’s Aslin Beer Co. Salt-licked limey souring puckers mild coconut milking, leaving lactic imprint upon laidback grapefruit, curacao orange and tangelo snips. Somewhat unconvincing IPA hybrid needs to push the coconut forward.
On tap at Growler & Gill, prominent Ethiopian coffee roast lingers seductively, gaining bittersweet dark chocolate creaming more so than advertised coconut/ cacao nibs scheme. Cold-brewed coffee midst gains mildly acidic lemon-twisted espresso milking ove
r reedy hops. Lush mocha finish relaxingly serenades onward.

Light citrus souring comes aboard midway, gaining a mild pine shellacking to contrast tertiary peach, apricot and mango subsidies.
On tap at Ambulance, enticingly smooth sweet milk stout (collaboration with Other Half) blends milked coffee sedation with dark chocolate creaming. Mild espresso tones sidled by ancillary vanilla, cocoa powder and caramel latte illusions that contrast light hop-charred pungency.
On tap at Growler & Gill, sudsy light-bodied Czech pils brings musky raw-grained oats and maize to mild lemony grapefruit-pitted bittering and wispy herbal nips. Simple, likable, sessionable.
