OWL’S BREW RADLER THAT’S MY JAM AMBER ALE

Advertised as ‘the perfect double brew,’ a Beer & Tea blend, utilizing floral darjeeling tea, lemon-peeled agave nectar and hibiscus flowering, it may put-off some with its (nearly) cloying molasses-like sugaring. Ginger-leafed amber ale base underscores above-mentioned adjuncts as well as tertiary apple-juiced cantaloupe, raspberry, white peach and nectarine fruiting. Interesting concoction for sweet-tart fans.

Despite contrarian rumors, syrupy soda-like spritzer successfully plies sweet lemonade adjunct to light-bodied summertime radler.  Reminiscent of a lemony tea-leafed ginger ale, its explosive carbolic hop thrust adds salty astringency to the citric pleasantries. Deep in the mix are mandarin orange, navel orange and tangerine notions that affix the candied lemon sugaring.
