ZAMBEZI LAGER

Puffy white-headed pale lager with carbolic overload retains pungent malt waft and sour yeast astringency similar to Dutch brews such as Heineken. Soft, buttery, and mildly creamy, but murky hops, washed-out barley, and soapy finish compromise cornmeal sweetness.
