Peculiar cellar-mildewed Belgian strong dark ale brings perfumed lemon musk and dried orange tartness to musty black-peppered herbal fungi, minty fern foliage and mild coriander-clove spicing, staying dryer and lighter hued (deep orange instead of brownish) than its richer dried fruited competition.
