WILD WOLF ALPHA PALE ALE

Refreshing yellow grapefruit-peeled bittering overwhelms piney citra-hop stead. Mild lemon-seeded rasp and wispy peach juicing provide tertiary undertones. Crisp mineral watered briskness well-attuned to unending citric pleasantries. Never overbearingly bitter like stylistically stronger IPA’s, yet hopheads will be delighted and grapefruit lovers pleased.  

 

MAINE PEEPER ALE

Immaculate sunshine-glazed pale ale retains clean, refreshing, dry-hopped citric theme. Floral-bound orange peel, grapefruit rind and lemon zest serenity picks up mild peppery hop spicing, piney cologne perfuming and salty carbolic pep. Lightly creamed crystal malts underlie brisk citrus effervescence of well-balanced sessionable easygoer.

SHORT’S KIND ALE

Mellow autumn harvested ‘wet-hop’ pale ale nestles brisk citric fruiting beside wood-grained earthiness, resinous hemp-oiled acridity and fresh-cut grass waft to lacquered pine finish. Vodka-like alcohol burn flourishes beneath mandarin orange, tangerine and grapefruit zest. Marijuana smokers will enjoy it alongside kind bud.

 

(DE PROEF) OMNIPOLLO MAZARIN

Elegant American-styled pale ale (with melting white candle on label) gypsy brewed by Stockholm, Sweden’s Omnipollo for Belgium’s De Proef. Bright fruited hop spicing picks up soft pine-needled grapefruit bittering to sourdough yeast bottom. Rose-watered mandarin orange, lemon zest, pineapple, nectar, peach, red apple and red grape illusions mesh well. Scrumptious.     

MOA PALE ALE

Peculiarities abound for this American-styled pale ale from New Zealand. Unexpected herbaceous mineral graining takes the lead, bringing rye, alfalfa, barnyard and straw wheat earthiness to dry hop-oiled fruiting. Indigenous Nelson Sauvin hops bring white-wined sour grape, gooseberry and kiwi illusions to musty lemon-seeded bittering. Soft orange peel, passion fruit and peach undertones add depth to honeyed green tea finish.
