MAGIC HAT ‘9’ NOT QUITE PALE ALE
Swanky Sangria fruitiness awakens nose as up-front sweet-tart raspberry essence and cereal-grained cherry-apricot follow-through given easygoing orange rind bittering to dry-hopped wheat spine. Creamy caramel malt sweetness and juicy berry illusions join forces for perfect summer brew or light dessert fodder. On tap, floral peach distinction ups it another notch.
MOYLAN’S TIPPERARY PALE ALE
Pour slowly explosive, rocky-headed, wholly organic Californian or wait out billowing foam. Candied yeast sweetness counters sour honeyed malts and dry floral-hopped bouquet of blossom, gypsum and rosewood. Fresh cut grass and wheat straw earthiness given ginger-spiced dalliance mid-palate, broadening sunny orange, tangerine, apricot, and lemon accents.

REAPER DEATHLY PALE ALE
Brewers’ daringly hilarious grim death theme warns folks about dangers involved imbibing its respective ales. Though secondary to Reaper’s doubly potent Sleighor I.P.A., this smooth amber-coppered dry body receives musty lemony orange dirge to drive back minor grapefruit acidity, muted floral hop wisp, and passive pine comb dash. Moderate cherry-peach souring, slender nuttiness, and dim pekoe tea bittering pick up tardy quince quell.

SLO EXTRA PALE ALE
(LEINENKUGEL) TED’S PAIL ALE
(UNIBROUE) L’EAU BENITE
Smooth, easy, yet ultimately strong golden ale blends simple ingredients exquisitely. Bright spiced fruits, sweet floral yeast, and wily honeyed wheat build to carbolic champagne-like effervescence. Differs only slightly from most stylishly similar Belgian ales due to its lack of dry white wine tingle. Try it with fish.
