On tap at Seven Lakes Station, mellowly soured pale ale utilizes Huell Melon hops to provide pivotal melon rind, muscat grape, prickly pear and candied lemon tartness for upfront grapefruit rind bittering, wood-dried Amarillo hops and mellow mandarin orange tease. Closer to a sour IPA, perhaps.
