Sweet milk chocolate fudging gains dark-roast coffee bittering to contrast molasses-sapped pecan glaze and subsidiary spiced toffee, creamed vanilla and cinnamon illusions. Decadent!

On tap at Centre Street Public House, centrist IPA celebrates ‘pre-haze craze’ with East-meets-West Coast vibe. Juicy East Coast tropical hop thrust brings vibrant grapefruit, papaya, guava and salted mango tanginess to the fore alongside Westerly orange-peeled lemon rind bittering and dry pine tones.
On tap at Beef Trust, murkily browned amber-hazed Imperial IPA wavers flavor-wise. Juicy orange tang diminished by herbal lemon-candied tartness, wayward tangerine-pineapple-melon-gooseberry rasp, relegated earthen rye grist and sour yogurt respite. Not bad, but indefinite.
