Roasted barley, dusky malts, and rye wheat counter unusual wine-like tendencies perfectly. Dark chocolate-y coffee grain bitterness rounds out robust finish. Expansive for such a sweet, sticky stout (and not too far removed from excellent Red Hook Black Stout).
