CHIMAY DOREE

Bottled since 2015 and usually reserved for Chimay Trappists, buttery soft-toned Belgian blonde contrasts sweet-honeyed fruiting with salty white-peppered herbage and lemon seltzer fizz. Vanilla-sugared banana, clove and coriander influence picks up subtle mandarin orange, blood orange, golden delicious apple, yellow peach, red currant and lemongrass illusions above peculiar oats-dried sourdough base.

ALLAGASH SIXTEEN COUNTIES ALE

Well-balanced bottle conditioned Belgian pale ale shines brightly as sunnily perfumed grapefruit-peeled lemon rind bittering gains fungi-like Belgian yeast musk, white-peppered sea salting and sage-tinged lemongrass herbage to contrast sweet candi-sugared orange peel tang, creamy vanilla sweetness and wispy floral dab. Orange-bruised banana daiquiri sedation caresses subsidiary lemon meringue, mango, peach, pear and honeydew illusions at the dewy cereal-honeyed bottom.

STILLWATER AS FOLLOWS BELGIAN-STYLE GOLDEN ALE

Exhilaratingly zestful tripel-like moderation (with well-disguised 9% ABV) drapes lemon-sugared mandarin orange tang above creamy crystal malting and mild white-peppered hop herbage. In the midst, cotton-candied peach, pineapple and pear fruiting gains sweet vanilla snip and tart banana whim as salty Seltzer spritz crackles on the tongue. A blissful stylistic delight!
