BEAR REPUBLIC RACER 5 INDIA PALE ALE

So reminiscent of Northern California’s enchanted forest with its glistening spruce malting hovering decidedly atop countered piney bitterness. Spiced hop whiff plus herbal jasmine, lilac, and rosebud nuances enhance woodsy parameter of thrilling sunset orange-hued IPA. Tangy apricot-peach-kiwi briskness drifts across floral yeast sequel and chaffed wheat, mowed grass, and fresh hay earthiness. Buttery swallow conceals caramel-vanilla tease engaging astringent lemon pith-embittered finish. Highly recommended.

Lacey chestnut-hued English draught version succeeds despite initial light delivery pushing majority of flavor to the delicate finish. Atop crisp water flow, laid-back chocolate-mocha malts offer shades of blanched bitterness and debonair sweetness. Mowed hay and fresh cut wheat outline wispy hop guidance as subtle dark caramel and maple notes caress mildest coffee sourness mid-palate. Gentle giant could pass for lighter porter or busy brown ale.

Amazingly flamboyant floral bouquet, expansive orange peel bittering, and grapefruit-soured cider kick strengthen generous peach-apricot tang surrounding alcohol-bitten black currant dip. Sweet grain-malted finish softly settles in.
