Slim burnt cedar edge buttresses sticky pale malt sinew, enhancing the massive fruity nature. Its robust assertiveness and  rich flavor profile expanded the palates of many future zymurgists.

Glowing butterscotch-hazed dry-hopped bottle-conditioned ale retains piney orange-peeled bitterness, lively boysenberry-elderberry-juniper sharpness, perfume-hopped white-peppered eucalyptus-rosebud-dandelion twinge for soft-watered luxury. Prune and fig notes nearly lost amongst phenol flow; tiny brown-beige sediment coats glass bottom.

Pour slowly carbolic white-foamed bronze-hued bottle-conditioned ale. Beyond crisp water flow lies bittersweet grain-malted soothe and diacetyl grapefruit splurge. Smoked barley finish retains spicy citric ebb and leafy hop resin.

Superlatively organic, cloudy-hued, tangerine-scented IPA gains plush floral hop resonance complementing perfumed dandelion, elderberry, and orange peel piquancy to thick sweet ‘n sour honeyed yeast finish and tangy citron aftertaste. Fluffy tan head and buttery froth leave tons of lace along glass siding.

Initial woodsy spruce-pine mouthfeel and spice-hopped luxuriance of hazy russet IPA overcome alcohol-burned grapefruit peel bittering countering tangy orange-apricot-berry sweetness. Latent metallic astringency depletes herbal respite.

Fresh citrus aroma, soft barleymalt sweetness, and light agave hint bump into blustery hop fizz. Rich brownish-orange hue seems out of place for such an indistinct watery IPA. However, served on tap, it gains luster, resonation, and a higher rating. Brewery defunct: 2008.

Fruited malt subtleties, creamy caramel incline, and barley-enriched bottom put this closer to a brown ale. Dry mocha and blanched nuttiness fade into lingering bitter grain finish. Brewery defunct: 2002.

Durable dark amber IPA with thick foamy head and embittered wood-burnt red fruiting. Quite filling and given extra boost by polite dry-hopped spiciness at lingering citric-splashed finish.

Sharply bitter amber-glowed India Pale Ale brings pine needled spruce hop vault to brisk orange-peeled grapefruit rind souring engulfing ripe peach-pineapple tang. Creamy caramel malting sweetens bright citric finish.

Up-front piney ebb given prudent spiced hop bitterness, fresh fruit framing, and tame floral accents. Peach, apricot, mango, and melon fruiting squelched by resinous earthen mildew.

Expressive spruce vibrancy sidles tangy orange-pineapple-grapefruit juiciness welcoming hearty 9% alcohol-soaked full body. ‘Simcoe hops’ offer piney prickle embracing creamy caramel malt resilience of slow sipping serenity.

Durable bronze-hued, spruce-hopped, English-styled medium body splashes gleaming berry, melon, cantaloupe and tangerine fruiting across intimate floral bouquet, peppery spicing, and prim pop fizz. Black currant finish enforces coarse piney bitterness. On tap at Blue Ribbon Tavern (2015), latest version lacked fruitiness and picked up dryer, earthier Brit-styled Goldings hop graining and murkier pale malting over mild lemon-peeled bittering.
