(ITHACA) OLD HABIT STRONG RYE ALE

Impeccable limited edition brew is truly complex. Fermented in Tennessee whiskey barrels, its toasted rye theme leads the way, informing vanilla bean, black cherry, and oaken bourbon illusions. Brown chocolate-sweetened Black Forest cake midst absorbs pureed cherry jubilee nuance contrasting bitter tobacco chew. Grainy hazelnut-cashew tease and spicy anise tinge heighten pumpernickel bread motif.

ITHACA FLOWER POWER INDIA PALE ALE

Foremost grapefruit-peeled orange rind bittering mellows out in front of barley-roasted wheat biscuit crisping reminiscent of a toasted lager. Lime-y mineral bottom picks up minor Scotch malt sash, clover honey hint, and quick cinnamon stint, but watery finish tires spicy hop prod. On tap at Smiling Chameleon, subtle citric bittering, ancillary pineapple tang, delicate wheat backdrop and soft-watered flow embellish approachable moderation.
