Fuller body texture and richer barley roast would increase worth.

Well-rounded IPA posts lively red-orange-fruited tang above peat-smoked toasted Vienna malting, wood-chipped dry hops, and briskly carbolic nose-tingling citric zest. Amiable grapefruit-apricot-peach-pear juiciness consumes brown-sugared candy apple meander and slight medicinal twinge.

Deep mahogany dry stout offers black chocolate acridity, roasted coffee souring, and nutty espresso dirge, but oily flow lowers raisin-fig midst. At busy finish, creamy mocha malts counter peat-hickory notes and tart fruity register.

Exceptionally dry yellow-glowed medium-bodied blonde ale procures tangy lemon-grapefruit bitterness and floral-herbal hop pep. Grassy bottom enhances mellow citrus finish and dispels minor harshness while pearly Brussels lace clings to glass.

Oaken-dried white grape esters reign mewled sourness upon honeyed orange-coriander web, languid peach tang and unripe fig stead of inconsequential French Alps brew. Spoiled citric tartness corrupts vinous center before appealing brandy and Chardonnay illusions strike a chord. Hard candied acidity undermines squandered herbal-floral nuance.
CHUNG HUA PILSENER
Pleasant barley sweetness lingers through aromatic crystal malting and mild dry hop pungency. Watered down cream soda flow enjoins crystalline butterscotch finish of snuggly medium body.
CHRISTOFFEL ROBERTUS ALE
Rust-hued bubbly-headed caramel-scented Vienna-styled marzen accompanies creamy chocolate malts with delicate hops and grainy nuts. Mocha ascendance puts ‘doublemint non-filtered’ ale closer to thriftier less filling porter.
CHRISTOFFEL BLONDE PILSNER
Pale-hued caramel-scented blonde juxtaposes rich malt extract and dainty honeyed yeast sinew against dry-hopped lemon-grapefruit tang. Despite light-bodied appearance, this relates better as dark ale than soft pils.
