Well-done farmhouse ale with wild strawberry adjunct receiving sour lemon restraint, phenol hop astringency and oats-dried barnyard dryness to contrast lightly creamed strawberry vanilla caking. Loud carbolic spritz nearly hides sweet ‘n sour strawberry theme as tertiary rhubarb, pomegranate and white pear illusions get subsumed by peppery green tea respite.
