Stark saltwater fizz, sullen malt sweetness, and off-dry hop sass put this in league with musty lagers. Murky sourdough backdrop, bland maple jot, and floral spicing fall short by desolate roasted finish. Too close to inefficient macrobrews despite olden African recipe.
