DECADENT POG NOG DOUBLE INDIA PALE ALE

Vivacious dry-hopped hazy-glazed New England-styled IPA collaboration with Bronxville’s Beer Noggin (and brewed at Dorchester Brewing) succeeds as a Hawaiian Island “tropical jubilee.” Juicy orange-peeled pineapple and guava tanginess gains zesty lemon verbena, yellow grapefruit, clementine and mango resilience as brisk Seltzer-like carbolics add sparkle. Lovely fruitful frontage enjoined by crystalline juniper-like gin bite, softly spruce-tipped pine sap, creamy vanilla spicing and finishing resinous hop linger.

INTERBORO MAD FAT ANNIVERSARY

On tap at Growler & Gill, enigmatic, turbidly orange-hued Imperial IPA utilizes pungent Equinox, Mosaic and Citra hop dust to perk up tart guava, passionfruit, mango, clementine and grapefruit illusions against groaty oats (picking up a latent clay-like plasticity). Beneath the surface, oily cannabis-snipped pine resin brings musky bittering to ginger-leafed floral and herbal notions.
