Though lacking distinction (and currently defunct), creamy Dortmunder-styled amber-toned medium body retains smooth dry grain uniformity and wispy caramel dash. A touch of hop bitterness caresses reserved toasted oats finish.

Totally defunct beer from small Indiana brewery. My friend Phil bought this while visiting home state of Jersey circa 2002. Sweet caramel malt essence embeds soft yeast tenacity enhancing moderately spiced grain-dominant Midwest microbrew. Perfect for simple blue collar types or white collar slummin.’
JEVER ORIGINAL FRIESLAND PILSNER
Strong wheat thrust, peppy hop-spiced bitterness, and lively carbolic fizz consume brisk mineral water flow of sour-fruited moderate body. Reminiscent of musk-y Dutch brews best suited to brutish bitter fans.
JET CITY TRIPLE NECTAR
Malted rye and roasted barley-hops reassure fermented nectar tang. Not unlike fine apricot wine, but short-lived phenol finish sets it back. Brewery defunct: 1997.
JET CITY ROCKET RED ALE
From its kaleidoscopic bright red label to its refreshingly robust gusto, smooth medium body satisfies both novice and professional tastes. Bittersweet grains pleat maple malts and toasted hops. Only quibble: indistinct finish. Brewery defunct: 1997.
(HUNTERDON) JERSEY SHORE GOLD ALE
Dry harvest wheat informs sourdough mouthfeel and unobtrusive barleymalts, combining for subtle even flow. Elegantly smooth dry-roasted oats soften nutty backdrop. Great for softer palates, but docile nature will put off experienced drinkers.
JERSEY HARVEST ALE
Well-balanced heavy-hopped copper-toned ale with indistinct bitter finish tethers pallid ‘five malt’ sweetness to floral wheat tinge.
(HUNTERDON) JERSEY ALE
Modest orange-labeled dark ale enlivens cracked wheat husk with candied malt sweetness. Dry earthiness provides contrast fading into mild bitter-hopped finish.
JEROME CERVEZA RUBIA
Flimsy pearly-headed straw-hued light body remains astringent and lacks grit. Earthen pale malt sterility, minor citric candied tartness, slight vanilla-banana wisp, and barren herbaceous mist deride arid floral hop spicing.
JEROME CERVEZA ROJA
Inadequate dry moderation becomes acidic as washed-out orange candy blip, dried apple quip, and unripe cherry snip quickly recede to tinny void. Earthen backdrop obstructs tenuous spicing.
JEROME CERVEZA NEGRA
Negligible mahogany-hued dry stout ransacks milk-soured chocolate malting, settling for coarsely char-hopped burnt toast innocuousness. Prickly Concord grape esters affect muted prune-raisin chasm and black licorice stint but deplorably relegate coffee bean discretion.
