On tap at Poor Henry’s, splendid dry-hopped New Zealand varietal combine for crisply clean tropical fruited restraint. Mildly lemon-soured passionfruit, mandarin orange and grains of paradise tartness retains clean-watered celery crisping as mild hop astringency lingers. Serve to dispirited citric-pined IPA haters as fine alternative.
