On tap at Ambulance, briskly tropical limited edition NEDIPA collab (with Athens-based Creature Comforts) brewed with guava, pineapple, passionfruit and tangerine puree. Sour yogurt milking coats above-mentioned adjuncts as well as bright lemony yellow grapefruit bittering and tangy orange-peach snap, leaving mild pine resin on its citric-induced finish.
On tap at Seven Lakes Station, unique one-off sour ale collaboration with Georgia’s Creature Comforts. Easygoing kettle-soured Berliner Weisse integrates mild lactic yogurt milking with pink guava-pureed tangerine zest. In the recess, salty lemon-juiced whiskey sour nip and distant banana-peach-pear conflux flail.
