Fine spruce-wafted reddish amber IPA with unimpeded roasted hop thrust propelling tangy grapefruit-led fruiting. A smattering of pine embitters red apple, cherry, peach, pear, and pineapple upsurge to toasted barley base.

STOUDT’S SCOTCH STYLE ALE
STOUDT’S SCARLET LADY ALE
Complex bubbly-headed garnet-hued English-styled Extra Special Bitter with well-rounded yeast-sweetened candy malting and surefire brandy luster. Lively carbolic thrust enhances dank citric-herbal spicing and moderate grain bittering to beautifully organic floral-hopped finish. Closer to rangy golden ale than lounge-y red ale.
STOUDT’S PILS
Dry fizzy-hopped golden-hued moderation boasts characteristics of both German and Czech pilsners, but better defined as crisp cross between light American wheat beer and delicate Belgian wit. Floral herbaceous hops embitter sweet malted Bavarian center, brusque Eastern Euro graining and affable lemon-spiced backdrop. Rewardingly original though elusive grain finish sags.
STOUDT’S OKTOBERFEST
Translucent reddish brown autumnal thrusts seven-grain bread sweetness towards green apple souring, picking up minor pear-gourd-grape nut tinge atop dry wheat bottom. But dark fruited influence lacks seasonal spicing. On tap, dry raw-grained barnyard-hay setting and astringent wood undertone fend off lemongrass-soured vegetal gourd uprising.
STOUDT’S HONEY DOUBLE MAI BOCK
Extremely well-defined rust-coppered springtime doppelbock contrasts bubbly champagne wining against subtly smooth burgundy entry and richly creamed chocolate sweetness, promoting elegant warmth. Yeast sediment thickens inviting honey-spiced finish. Despite hybridized maibock tag, it’s perhaps the most enjoyable honey brewed beer on the market.

STOUDT’S FAT DOG STOUT
STOUDT’S FAT DOG IMPERIAL OATMEAL STOUT
Deluxe velvety version of Fat Dog Stout provides revelatory chocolate-espresso confluence, hop-charred toasted oats relevance and underlying hazelnut roast, finishing with a mild bourbon warmth. Vanilla extract, burnt caramel, cocoa bean and milked coffee illusions sweeten the load. Soothing fruited maple sugaring lingers on ensuing sips.
