UINTA FIFTEENTH ANNIVERSARY BARLEY WINE
Weak barleywine-styled celebrator needs better dimension, resonance, warmth, and bourbon-burgundy boozing to compete favorably in exulted class. Tangy cherry, quince, apricot, and pear murk overlays brown chocolate malting, but red-fruited nature dries up prematurely.

Soapy white-headed sunny-yellowed German-styled dry pils plies sour fruited facade to doughy corn-husked tobacco astringency. At blanched finish, toasted barley-oats and biscuit-y wheat fortify faded grapefruit-lemon pang.
