Pour slowly to control explosive carbonation of butterscotch-hazed rocky-headed medium body. Liberal peach-apricot-nectar tang glides above creamy malt base. Floral citric aroma creates beautiful effervescent bouquet to ongoing fruited malt succulence and banana bread easement.
SNOWSHOE SNOWEIZEN WHEAT ALE
Mellow turbidly straw-hued moderation provides delicate wheat slither to dandy mint-y clove fade and lemony hop fizz.
SNOWSHOE GRIZZLY BROWN ALE
Reminiscent of a tawdry porter, this needs better distinction, more creaminess, and less oiliness. Dry tobacco befits roasted chocolate malting and meager nuttiness, but little else emerges to add exigent bulk.
SNIPES MOUNTAIN ROZA RESERVE BARLEYWINE ALE
Well-balanced nickel-hued barleywine offers ripe prune opulence above floral-hopped red grape, green raisin, and bruised cherry illusions. Moreover, vanilla-chocolate covers mineral watered mandarin orange tease to earthen bottom.
SNAKE RIVER ZONKER STOUT
Marvelous creamy chocolate sweetness and chewy cookie dough thickness counter distinct burnt coffee sourness for absolutely perfect dry stout. Frothy mocha notes abound amongst sinewy yeast texture, as hints of black cherry, cocoa butter, and red currant add further complexity to slow sipping robustness. Yet sturdily rich alcohol-strengthened Zonker succinctly leavens pervasive boldness with enchanting textural calmness.
SNAKE RIVER VIENNA STYLE LAGER
Wintry pine-scented lager lacks ‘serious’ Vienna-style pale malt schtick. Instead, mired by dank barleymalt sweetness, choppy chocolate waif, and incomplete corn sugar finish masking any redeeming apricot or tangerine undertones.

Wimpy seasonal falters. Honeyed green tea bite provides herbaceous scurry amidst dewy chocolate malting, dry char-hopped raisin-banana spec, and delinquent coriander-clove notch. Sneaky walnut-Brazilian nut oiliness maunders through dank mildewed mustiness, burnt timber haze, and earthen grain faze.
