Dusky light-bodied Kolsch-styled ale lacks dry fruit or wine-like illusions of its ilk. Instead, swill grain palate and brittle malt duress glitched by grueling sulfuric aroma and poorly developed hop-spiced finish.
OCHAKOVO EXTRA LAGER
OBOLON PREMIUM PILSNER
OBOLON LAGER
OB DRY LAGER
Brewed with highly fermented yeast, bubble-headed musty-scented pale-toned Asian retains dank grain malting, soft hop fizz, and buttery rice nicety. Barley sweetness smoothed out by dry watery finish. Though undeniably relaxing, experienced drinkers will be left craving for more flavor and body consistency.
OASIS ZOSER OATMEAL STOUT
Frothy, creamy, brawny stout pits intriguing blend of burnt coffee sourness and dark chocolate bitterness against counteractive burnt caramel sweetness. Well-developed oatmeal influence overtakes mid-palate, joined succinctly by roasted malt suggestion that seals the deal. Tenaciously robust and quite filling, exceeding expectations on all counts.
OASIS SCARAB RED ALE
OASIS RED ALE
Probably an early version of Oasis Scarab Red, this fine cloudy-hued moderate-bodied ale resonates with thick chocolate malting. But unlike Killian’s (on the cheap, superficial side) and Watney’s (on the expensive, worthwhile side), creamy mocha richness and nutty reminder defy usual red ale luster. A convincing argument could be made for brown ale classification.
OASIS PALE ALE
OASIS BROWN ALE
OAKEN BARREL SNAKE PIT PORTER
Dry mahogany-bodied ruby-glowed English-styled moderation bridges black chocolate-y frontage to acrid walnut-pecan coarseness plus evenly dispersed peat-kindled earthiness, wispy pine-hopped char, and smoked meat reminder. Bitter grape esters counter slimmest milk creaminess near sharp alcoholic finish, heightening deferred black licorice deluge.
