Refreshingly clean salt-watered taffy tartness promoted by limey strawberry pucker. Mildly sour sea-salted lime briskness combines with strawberry spritz and less prominent agave-cologned herbage for White Claw hard seltzer appeal, but Graham Cracker wheat bottom’s outta place. On tap at Hoover’s Tavern April 2024, sea-salted lime zesting gained tart strawberry snag as Jolly Rancher Watermelon and candied tangerine illusions sneak thru mildly acidic summertime dry bodied sour.
