Dryly acetous mandarin orange, lemongrass, and green apple sourness swerves past honeyed sucrose malts and white peppered grassy hop pep. Medicinal backdrop underscores club soda flow.
(RICH) PITCHFORK REBELLIOUS BITTER
Up-front tangy orange resilience pervades sharply-carbonated lemony fizz bursting through mildly complex cloudy amber single malt brew. Bitter citric hop rasp fortifies full-bodied cracked wheat finish. Sip slowly to enjoy comforting blend.

Inoffensive clear straw lager retains dank malt sweetness and white breaded sourdough pleasantry to watered down metallic finish. Lazy barley-oats scamper recedes abruptly. Hefty 9.5% alcohol strength lost in the shuffle.
RIVERSIDE PULLMAN PALE ALE
Faint fruited sourness and dry hop bitterness pace full-bodied pale ale, gaining strength as grainy persistence lingers to bold finish. Nothing fancy or pretentious, just pleasant and easy to imbibe.
ROCK ART RIDGE RUNNER BARLEYWINE ALE
Acrid ruby-hued, chestnut-highlighted British barleywine replete with dewy peat dankness, earthen minerality and leafy hops differs substantially from fruitier American versions. Chocolate-nosed cereal graining and resinous pine bittering drop off precipitously to off-dry cherry-grapefruit-orange souring. Inconspicuous light-bodied nature lessens effectiveness. More complete 2012 version retained milder seduction as pliable walnut-pecan husk seeped deeper into subsidiary apple-fig-grape desiccation.

Maroon-hued Irish-styled dry stout furnishes dark chocolate drift and bitter coffee caress with charcoal smokiness resonating to acrid black cherry sedation. Brewery defunct: 2007.
