Sweet corn sugared facade links butterscotch-candied malting to forlorn diacetyl buttering. Brisk carbolic fizz impedes hop-grained bittering of medium-bodied nicety.
PORTLAND HONEY LAGER
Simple grain mesh and hop-fueled carbonation hide honey tones of jaundiced lager. Too plain, undefined, and second rate compared to J.W. Dundee’s Honey Brown.
PRIMATOR PREMIUM LAGER
Caramelized crystal malts gently caress Saaz hop spicing, wheat biscuit sweetness, and honeyed butterscotch linger. But metallic astringency negatively sours citric tartness.

Mighty fine copper-toned dry-bodied ale stays spry as lively fruited malts gain rich nut resonation on each passing. Raspy citrus bite plus black cherry, birch, and maple accents counterbalance perfume-hopped orange rind bitterness at bold finish.
RAMAPO VALLEY INDIAN PALE ALE
Fatigued vegetal scour and washed-out cherry-berry confluence confront faded nut coarseness as blanched wheat recess depletes tamped down hop dryness.
REAPER DEATHLY PALE ALE
Brewers’ daringly hilarious grim death theme warns folks about dangers involved imbibing its respective ales. Though secondary to Reaper’s doubly potent Sleighor I.P.A., this smooth amber-coppered dry body receives musty lemony orange dirge to drive back minor grapefruit acidity, muted floral hop wisp, and passive pine comb dash. Moderate cherry-peach souring, slender nuttiness, and dim pekoe tea bittering pick up tardy quince quell.
