Heady Citra-hopped pale ale gathers floral orange-peeled grapefruit tang and dank wood tones for dry cereal-grained pale malt setting, leaving honeyed Graham Cracker sweetness upon tingly citric-spiced finish. Lemony mango, guava, tangerine and pineapple illusions add subtle touch.
MAST LANDING DOUBLE DRY-HOPPED TELL TALE PALE ALE
Casually unassuming and likably straightforward, dry-hopped moderation never goes out of its way to be anything other than a world class pale ale. Sunny yellow grapefruit tang, zesty lemon spritz, brisk navel orange sweetness and pale malt spicing contrast dank pine resin in crisply clean mineral water setting. Mild peach, mango, tangerine and guava tropicalia provides further depth.
VOODOO INDIA PALE LAGER
On tap at Taphouse 15, honey-dripped IPA fruiting meets dewy pale-malted lager yeast and grassy-hopped pine resin. Bitter orange rind persistence gains zesty orange-tangerine-mango tang. Despite heady 7.8% ABV, ethyl astringency is low.
EAST ROCK BLACK LAGER
Lightly smoked dark chocolate bittering enjoins freeze-dried coffee sourness and distant earthen mossing for silken black-malted schwarzbier. Stylishly OK.

Bavarian-styled hop-forward pale lager offers orange-oiled melon rind dryness and zesty lemon spritz to grassy Noble-hopped astringency above biscuity lager yeast.
MAYFLOWER WAGGLE DANCE FARMHOUSE ALE
Delightful honey adjunct sweetens dry pilsner-malted, citric-spiced saison. Zesty lemon-peeled grapefruit, orange and pineapple tang gains white wine spritz over mild barnyard-desiccated rye, spelt and wheat graining. A spry honeyed farmhouse ale.
GRIMM BLACKBERRY ORANGE POP! BERLINER WEISSE
On tap at Seven Lakes Station, tart ruby red marooned Berliner Weisse places zesty lemon-peeled orange zest next to mildly acidic raspberry tannins and lactic sour-milked yogurt pungency. Smoothly sharp blackberry souring continues to the puckering lemon bruised finish, gaining wispy raspberry, boysenberry and kumquat illusions.
WHITE BIRCH RASPBERRY BERLINER WEISSE
Tart raspberry puree syruping stays subtle against limey bittering that pervades slightly vinous brut champagne spritz and lemon-candied cranberry respite. Minor vinous acidity dots salty coriander base of thin sour pleasantry.
NORTH COAST BERLINER WEISSE – TART CHERRY
Salty lime pucker lingers gently on the tongue with mild acidity as tart cherry licks serenade pinkish amber-hued dry body. At the finish, sharp lime-dried cherry souring gains brisk blush champagne spritz, mild rosé wining and tannic green grape smidge.
MAGNIFY DON’T STOP NOW GOSE
On tap at Taphouse 15, pinkish magenta-hazed gose brings stylishly soft-toned salted coriander dryness to sour cherry, guava and mango adjuncts. Tart raspberry pucker enjoins sour tropical fruiting alongside dainty yellow-pink grapefruit bittering above mildly acidic oaken vanilla base. Fine hybridized gose.
COUNTER WEIGHT WORKHORSE PILSNER
Crisp clear-yellowed German-styled pils provides briskly carbolic salted lemon spritz for grassy Noble-hopped dryness, leaving light floral-spiced herbage and mild wood shavings upon the biscuit-y cracker back end. A superfine hoppy pilsner.
