However, Von Trapp, in collab with Austin-based Live Oak, have crafted a fairly resilient smoked beer. The beechwood smoke brings out subtle salami-pastrami salting in a sweet lager malt setting with mild Noble hop spicing fading into hickory-seared backdrop.
