On tap at Beef Trust, this puckered ‘twist’ on Bolero Snort’s Cannonbull (pictured below) utilizes lemon zest, lime juice and watermelon to create a dryly hybridized IPA. Spritzy grapefruit, orange and pineapple tropicalia as well as mild pine lacquering nearly eclipse lemon-limed watermelon adjunct above the sedate oats base.
