On tap at Seven Lakes Station, ‘classic mash-up’ of red ale-like brown breaded amber graining and pale ale-like floral perfumed orange/ tangerine tang with lemony grapefruit pining of an IPA. Mild red apple, red plum and Bosc pear illusions add further impact, but the flow’s inconsistent.

PHASE THREE SPRUDEL KOLSCH
On tap at Ambulance, dry lemon spritz and recessive gooseberry-passionfruit salting reach peaty mineral grained earthen bottom. A tad unconventional for a simple pilsner-malted kolsch due to slightly sourer fruiting.
NEPENTHE WEREWOLF DEATHGRIP KOLSCH
Combining dry Hallertau-hopped green grape esters with sharp Amarillo-hopped lemon candied yellow grapefruit tang gives offbeat kolsch a sour IPA twist while retaining stylishly crisply clean pilsner-malted white bread bottom.
SCHILLING PAULAS HELLES LAGER
On tap at Taphouse 15, musky Noble-hopped lemon herbage and straw-dried mineral graining given abrupt white-green peppering above doughy bread crusting.
SLOOP HELLES LAGER
On tap at Ambulance, sparkling lemon spritz gains lightly spiced pilsner malting and musty barnyard graining as mild fungi musk slips thru.
SEVEN TRIBESMEN REQUIEM VIENNA LAGER
On tap at Kitchen & Beer Bar, coppery moderation with lightly kilned melanoidin malt starching gains tepid caramel roast, wavered floral spicing and buttery apple tinge as herbal Noble hop musk nips at the withered brown bread finish.
RARE FORM CONFETTI MEXICAN-STYLE LAGER
On tap at Kitchen & Beer Bar, easygoing pale yellowed Mexican lager brings doughy corn tortilla crisping to slightly pungently peppered Zeus hop lemon liming. Perfect with Nachos and Cheese in the summertime.
TORCH & CROWN TENEMENT PILSNER
On tap at Northern Barrell, spritzy corn-sugared lemon spicing and grassy dry-hopped astringency stay soft-toned above delicate doughy base for apt golden cleared pils.
JERSEY GIRL MO PILS
On tap at Kitchen & Beer Bar, golden light-bodied German pils (a.k.a. Mount Olive Pilsner) contrasts subtly honey spiced pilsner malt sweetness against musky lemon souring and dry floral herbage.
EREDITA PAPA PILS
On tap at Taphouse 15, golden clear German-styled pilsner brings spritzy lemon lime fizziness to subdued Noble hop herbage and gentle barley roast. Likeable light bodied lilt.
TRILLIUM / FIDENS HEAVY METAL CUT
On tap at Ambulance, admirable NEIPA collab with Albany’s Fidens bursts forth with plentiful fruited luster. Creamy vanilla sweetness absorbs ambrosial orange-peeled yellow grapefruit zesting, sour gooseberry-guava tartness, peach marmalade tang, salted pineapple-mango zing, lemon meringue piquancy and swift nectarine nip above dextrose wheated oats. Desirable fruit salad alternative hides dank pine resin below surface. Highly recommended.
FIDENS THE BUTCHER DOUBLE IPA
Juicy hazy orange-yellowed IPA loads pineapple-candied yellow grapefruit tanginess, lemony orange-tangerine zesting, salty guava-mango souring, winy green grape esters and peachy honeydew sugaring alongside sharp coniferous pine tones as floral-dried white peppering zaps the creamy oated wheat base.
