BRIX CITY / POOR HENRY’S LYCHEE BOOM BOOM WILD ALE

On tap at Poor Henry’s, splendid collaborative effort between Little Ferry brewer and Poor Henry zymurgist, Jesse, is a hazily beige-yellowed brettanomyces-soured wild ale utilizing floral-spiced lychee and vanilla beans to secure its dry-hopped (Citra-Galaxy) base. Alongside mildly acidic lychee adjunct, subtle unripe strawberry, passionfruit and yellow grapefruit illusions pick up herbal fennel, rosemary and thyme seasoning at crisp, clean sour-candied finish.
