On tap at Ambulance, well-integrated and refreshingly clean India Pale Ale plies off-dry Citra and Centennial piney hop bittering to juicy orange, grapefruit, pineapple and mango tang. Tropical splendor underlined by crisp celery watering.
CORONADO SNOWY PLOVER WINTER INDIA PALE ALE
Wayward wintry IPA, reminiscent of dewy Extra Special Bitter, layers light pine wood paneling across roasted tobacco crisping as well as orange-dried lemon, pineapple, grapefruit and tangerine tartness. But brown-sugared cocoa interlude, timid caramel malting and ripe fig snip never reach sweet conclusion.

On tap at Cooper’s Seafood, subtle jalapeno peppering affects gentle blackberry-brandied twang and wispier grapefruit-orange licks. Mildly original.

On tap at Ambulance, zesty yellow grapefruit tartness sinks into sour lemon-seeded pucker above bready barley-malted bottom. Light white-wined peach, green apple and passionfruit illusions simmer below the sour citric surface.
FRIEDENFELSER HEFE-WEIZEN
On tap at Ambulance, atypical hefe lets sour lemon rot and herbal lemongrass consume, but not overwhelm, stylish banana-clove expectancy. Closer to a muskier Belgian wit, perhaps, its white-peppered citric spicing and white-wined lemon pie tartness gain ground on setback banana-clove sweetness and malted wheat refuge.
